Teddington Woodcraft Folk has a wonderful ensemble of different age groups, each wonderfully unique and headed by dedicatedly joyful leaders, aiming to entertain and inspire every week
ElFins
The youngest active Teddington age group who meet from 6:30 - 7:30pm every Thursday.
Elfins provides a young bubbly atmosphere full of laughter (and sometimes screams). Allowing for the perfect environment to explore team work, where the kids can explore the world while taking some time to relax with friends in a crafty, active and educational environment.
6 - 9 years old
Pioneers
The largest group at Teddington who meet from 7:30 - 9:00pm
Pioneers provides and older atmosphere more focused on exploring ideas key to the philosophy of Woodcraft and it’s principles and well as helping their young people to explore their own voice and it’s power with their friends by their side, all while having fun.
10 - 12 years old
13 - 15 years oldVenturers
The oldest leader run group at Teddington who meet from 7:30 - 9:00pm
Venturers gives a more independent environment in which young people can explore how the world is shaped with friends, through various kinds of activities such as bushcraft. It also provides an atmosphere in which new friendships can blossom while old ones mature, giving their young people strong networks of friends.
16 - 21 years oldDistrict Fellows
The newest group at Teddington who meet from 7:30 - 9:00pm
DFs as it is known allows for a more unique and tailored experience, as each session is planned and run by the DFs themselves. This allows them to explore topics of their choice, providing a deeper view issues and activities close to their hearts.
